Frontier Airlines Announces Multiple New Routes to Montego Bay

Frontier Airlines continues its strong growth with the launch of three new routes to Montego Bay, Jamaica starting in February 2023. Frontier will add routes to Montego Bay from Chicago’s Midway, Denver, and St. Louis.

On February 23, Frontier will launch a new 3-times-a-week nonstop seasonal service from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) to Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ). With the new service, Frontier will serve a total of eight nonstop destinations from STL.

“We, at STL, are eager to see Frontier’s seasonal non-stop service to Montego Bay on our airport’s schedule,” said Airport Director Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge. “Montego Bay is one of our passengers’ favorite destinations.”

Starting the following day, February 24, Frontier will launch a new 3-times-a-week nonstop seasonal service from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Montego Bay. Frontier will be the only airline connecting DEN to this international destination. With the new service, Denver’s Hometown Airline will serve a total of 70 nonstop destinations from DEN.

“As the fifteenth country served nonstop from DEN, this new flight to Jamaica further solidifies Denver’s position in the global economy and offers a new international destination for our residents to experience,” Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock said. “Denver will welcome leaders from across the Western Hemisphere in April 2023 for the first-ever Cities Summit of the Americas, and these new flights will provide another option for delegates to come and enjoy the Mile High City.”

Lastly, on February 25, Frontier will launch a new once-weekly nonstop seasonal service from Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) to Montego Bay. With the new service, Frontier will serve a total of 12 nonstop destinations from MDW.

“We’re thrilled to offer this popular Caribbean paradise to Frontier’s growing list of destinations we serve,” said Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial, Frontier Airlines. “We’re committed to bringing even more of our ‘Low Fares Done Right’ to consumers in Chicago, Denver, St. Louis, and beyond.”
