JetBlue announced it is kicking off additional flights on two routes so more football fans can make it to the big game. Flights are on sale now between Denver International Airport (DEN) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and between Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and San Jose International Airport (SJC), which is located just five miles from Levi’s Stadium.
JetBlue adds flights from Denver and Charlotte to the Bay Area as well as offering special snack and beverage options on Game Day.

Just in time for the holidays, tickets to the Winterlicious 2016 Culinary Event Series are now on sale. Presented by Interac Association and produced by the City of Toronto, Winterlicious – Toronto’s favourite culinary celebration – returns on January 29 and runs through February 11.

SEATTLE — Alaska Airlines is launching daily nonstop service from its Portland, Oregon, hub to three Midwest metropolises including Kansas City, Minneapolis-St. Paul and Omaha, Nebraska, starting February 18, 2016. The routes are in addition to new Portland – Austin, Texas service that Alaska announced last month.
“We continue to expand our Portland service portfolio with new non-stops to America’s Heartland”, said John Kirby, the airline’s vice president of capacity planning. “With these new routes, Alaska Airlines will offer more than three times the number of nonstop destinations from the Rose City than any other carrier.”
Today, JetBlue celebrates their 15th anniversary. It was on this day in February 2000 that JetBlue began service from New York’s John F. Kennedy airport to both Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Buffalo, New York. Starting out with just a number of Airbus A320 aircraft and a two destinations, JetBlue has grown to become a major player in the airline industry.
